    The dining can accommodate up to 80 people in a sit-down format or 120 people for a cocktail reception.

    Charges for the function are based on food & beverage sales plus 15% gratuity and taxes. Minimums have been established and vary depending on the time of year. Call 604 935 4077 for specific information on costs.

    All menus for group functions are pre-set. A package of pre-set menus is available for your consideration. These menus are based on our current restaurant selections and can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements. (An additional charge may apply). Lunch, dinner and hors d'oeuvres menus are available.

    The Pacific Bistro has a fully stocked bar. Bar and Wine Menus will be customized to suit the needs of your group. Bar charges are based on consumption plus 15% gratuity and 17% taxes.

    The Wild Wood Pacific Bistro has limited AV equipment (stereo, CD player and MIC capability). We can arrange to have equipment brought in for your function. The charge will be based on your needs and added to your final bill.

    If designated seating is required please supply your own place cards. The Wild Wood will print personalized group menus and will arrange for flowers if desired.

    An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold the room. This deposit is forfeited if the function is cancelled in 15 days or less. The balance will be paid by credit card unless arranged in advance with the Catering Manager.

The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required 72 business hours in advance of the function. Should no guarantee be received, The Wild Wood Pacific Bistro will prepare and charge for the original number contracted. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater.
